Based on the reviews, this hotel is located in Korea Town, which is a great location near a subway and close to touristy areas in Midtown. the rooms were small but comfortable, with daily bed changes and luxurious amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel offered free tea and coffee as well as free internet access in the lobby/dining room. the location, room, service, and facilities were praised by guests.

Some guests were disappointed that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and had to go to the reception to get it.

33rd Street subway station was within walking distance the hotel. 2 minutes away from flatiron building.

The bed was really comfortable and the towels were good quality. the location was really convenient for us, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearest metro station, which was a great bonus.

the room was very small and cramped, and there was barely enough space to move around.

The location was perfect. If you like the proximity to all the shopping facilities in midtown this hotel is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the metro. The hotel is also nice and clean with a very friendly and professional staff. I would gladly stay there again.

Great amenities and free coffee were very nice. The location of the hotel was close to important landmarks and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helped us with directions to our meetings.

The size of the room was extremely small, making it hard to move around with our luggage and work equipment. The lighting in the room was poor, and the bathroom was tiny with no place to put our toiletries.

Great location in Midtown, very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are small but welll appointed with good facilities.. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Loved Hotel Chandler!! Everything about it! From the staff opening the entrance doors to the turn-down service with chocolates on the pillows. The room was beautifully decorated, efficiently designed, extremely comfortable, and refreshingly clean. The bathroom was sparkling and bright with luxurious toiletries. Bar 12 downstairs was a great stop on the way up to the room for a reasonably priced beer or wine. But, best of all, was Scott, who checked us in and out! He was the friendliest New Yorker we encountered all weekend! Completely delightful!!!

Location, close to many amenities as well as tourist sites. The staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and decor was cozy and home.

One thing that I remember though was that is more of a concern was when you are adjusting a air conditioner you can not touch the lamp to turn on the light, it was quite shocking experience.

Convenient location to my office, easy walk to get there. Good facilities.

The space around the furniture is a little tight to move around. Think the wardrobe units and office chair should be a smaller if you consider a future re-design.

Room was noisey, in room air conditioner was old banger. We had a room near the lift and heard everyone coming and going.

Very very comfortable bed, smart room, bath included ( had been requested), stylish environment, helpful staff.

The wardrobe in my room was not full length so it took a jacket but would not have taken a coat if you wanted to hang one inside the wardrobe

Great location. Quiet. Fantastic service. Low key but elegant. I arrived from overseas and had arranged ahead of time to check in 90 mins early--this was great as I was only in NY for 24 hours. This was a return trip for me and did not disappoint,
